"They assigned me to 'the new guy.' We were all ' the new guy ' at one point in our lives, but he was too new for my complex insurance needs. (I own several properties, businesses, and automobiles) Once I was reassigned to a seasoned agent, all went well. They gave me a lot of their time and are pretty good about follow-up. A far cry from my last agent at American Family Insurance, who never appreciated my business."

However, Jose Garcia at Chris Jones’ office has been beyond fantastic.
